Hunan United is a leading and professional chemical group established in 2001. The founders owned four manufacturers in the chlorate industry. It manufactures up to 100,000 tons of Potassium Perchlorate, 30,000 tons of Potassium Chlorate and 20,000 tons of Sodium Chlorate. The mission of Hunan United is to become the window of the manufacturers to the international market.

The founders of Hunan United Technology Co., Ltd. currently operate six chlorate factories, including Liuyang Chemical Factory Co., Ltd., Tibet Liuhe Chemical Development Co., Ltd., Shimian Tianyu Technology Co., Ltd., Coral Technology Co., Ltd., Guizhou Stellar Chemical Co., Ltd., and Zhongda Electrolytic Chlorate Technology co., Ltd.
